BIMWorld Announces Sale to Autodesk, Inc.
ATLANTA, GA. (December 11, 2008) BIMWorld signed a definitive agreement to sell substantially all of its assets to Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAK: ADSK). Autodesk is a leader of design innovation software and technologies for building information modeling (BIM). BIMWorld is a privately owned business specializing in the production and distribution of branded BIM content for building products manufacturing.
